Why Join Driven?

We match you with Argentina's most trusted assistants. Culturally aligned, fluent in English, AI-savvy, and aligned with your time zone.

We build around you.

Before the match, we learn how you think, plan, and lead — so your EA integrates seamlessly and brings clarity from day one.

We hire through trust.

Every Driven assistant joins through founder referrals — no open applications, only proven talent trusted to move with discretion.

We refine for impact.

Each assistant is trained to execute with precision, protect your focus, and create calm in the pace of growth.
