Our matching process takes about 2 weeks. We start with a discovery call to understand your workflow, preferences, and specific needs. Based on this, we hand-select 2-3 EA candidates from our vetted network. You'll interview them, and we help facilitate the final selection to ensure the perfect fit.
All Driven EAs are university-educated professionals from Argentina with 3+ years of experience supporting executives. They're fluent in English (C1/C2 level), trained in modern AI tools, and have been personally vetted through our referral-only network. No open applications—only proven talent trusted by other founders.
Our EAs are based in Argentina, which aligns perfectly with US time zones (EST, CST, PST). Most work during standard US business hours, with flexibility to accommodate your specific schedule. This eliminates the overnight delays common with offshore assistants.
